Camera app cannot work on Samsumg Galaxy Note 8.
Here is the error message.
Permission is added to AndroidManifest.xml already.

Please confirm that your app actually has the permission:
Go to Settings -> Apps -> tap your app -> Permissions (or similar route, depends on your Android device)
Might be related to https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-media-capture/pull/95, but you didn't specify your Android version, `cordova-android` or plugin version you are using - so it is hard to say. Could you please comment that information?
