Please add a bit more detailed information. Do you save on your local PC ore to
a network server? Oly for test please try the following:

Extras - Options - OpenOffice.org - General

There is a checkbox "Use OpenOffice.org Dialog" Normaly this checkbox is
unchecked on Windows. If it's unchecked try to check it, if It's chacked try to
uncheck it.
