[tomahawk] move component list from menu into page

Hi,

Currently the tomahawk site has a set of components listed in the
left-hand nav pane, with links to documentation about each.

This stuff is fine, but the problem is that it looks like this is the
complete set of tomahawk components, when in fact it is just the list of
components for which there is a special documentation page.

And that list is pretty long; if every component that *does* exist in
tomahawk were listed there, it would be much longer.

So I suggest creating a "components" page, which the left-hand nav pane
would link to. At the top of this page we can explain that this list is
just a subset of the components, and the complete list can be seen in
the tlddoc page.

Any objections/comments?
