Messages to your e-mail address (... at hp dot com) were bouncing so your account was disabled.

I have re-enabled your old account and changed the e-mail address of that account to match that of "Nickolay Martinov 2"

I'll also remove the "Nickolay Martinov 2" user so you don't end up with 2 Jira accounts.
