   ## Description ##
   Website builds are failing due to a scaladoc error when building the docs for v1.2.1.
   http://jenkins.mxnet-ci.amazon-ml.com/job/restricted-website-build/
   
   A scaladoc fix is pending with @zachgk - this just let's v1.2.1 complete instead of failing the entire website build process.
   
   There's no noticeable defect in the scaladocs from this either:
