Unable to build on MacOS 10.8

Hello,
I'm trying to build aoo in MacOS 10.8.
When I am running ./configure, I'm getting following error message.

checking the GNU gcc compiler version... configure: error: You need to use
the gcc-4.0 compiler (gcc 4.2.1 won't work with the MacOSX10.4u.sdk) - set
CC accordingly

Can anyone please help how to resolve the issue ?

Yes, that is one important reason why we need to update it.

For now the best way is to manually set the CC, CXX and LD environment 
variables, disable all the checks in configure that depend on gcc4.0 and 
update the SDK references from 10.4 to e.g. 10.7.

This all should become simpler soon though.

it's old for the mac os x 10.8,and downloading xcode 3 is difficult.

could you give some suggestion about configures on xcode 4 ?
