Log:
Make using the Visual Studio 2010 projects from the IDE a bit more
user friendly by enabling browse information. Also explicitly set
the subsystem for the programs that don't contain the main() call
themselves.
* build/generator/templates/vcnet_vcxproj.ezt
Set SubSystem and BrowseInformation properties.
