   I found the solution  - 
   
      file: MediaObject = null;
   
        if (this.file === null){
         this.file = this.media.create(<song url>);
         this.file.play();
       } else {
         if (this.file !== null){
           this.file.stop();
           this.file.release();
           this.file = null;
           this.file = this.media.create(<song url>);
           this.file.play();
         }
       }
