Yeah, it's a PDFBox and/or a Java bug. The top line doesn't display with PDFDebugger at 72 dpi. Can you make thicker lines or do you get these PDF files from outside with no control?

I'm wondering whether PDFBox should include some logic that lines are always at a minimum of 1 pixel. However that might look terrible at low resolutions.
