Xwork - missing manifest
Hi,
It isn't possible to build Xwork from source, MANIFEST.MF is missing

I noticed this Friday (hudson kindly informs me when xwork fails)...
It seems really odd for this to start happening all the sudden, I don't
remember seeing a commit that would have caused any trouble. I went ahead and
wiped out the workspace to let it try a fresh build from scratch. The build
failed again with the same complaint about a lack of MANIFEST.MF
