RDP connection shortcuts stop working

Hello,

Does anyone have a solution for windows shortcuts that stop working after some time in RDP connection In guacamole? Have some users reporting to me that shortcuts like Ctrl+c Ctrl+v stop working after some time, and only one thing that help is disconnecting and connecting again.

Best Regards
Maciej

Users have told me that it looks like the SHIFT key gets stuck (always pressed) in the rdp connection

If the "Ctrl" key otherwise works as expected within the RDP session, it could be that the clipboard service of your RDP server has crashed.

I had confirmation that the ctrl key stops working not just for the clipboard shortcuts.

I use Guacamole routinely throughout the day and do not have this issue.

Is it all shortcut keys, or only those associated with clipboard access?
