  To build and test this project you'll need to grab the 
  following files and place them in the lib directory.
  
    jaxrpc.jar
    saaj.jar
    juddi-proxy.jar
    jaxr-api.jar
    junit.jar
  
  The easiest way to do this is to grab both "jaxrpc.jar" 
  and "saaj.jar" from a binary release of Axis:
  
    http://ws.apache.org/axis/
      
  And grab "juddi-proxy" from the latest binary release 
  of jUDDI:
  
    http://ws.apache.org/juddi/
    
  And grab a copy of "jaxr-api.jar" from the Sun web site: 
  
    http://java.sun.com/xml/downloads/jaxr.html
  
  Finally (and this is optional) grab "junit.jar" from 
  the latest binary release of JUnit:
  
    http://www.junit.org/
