We may be interested by Theme builder from Adaptavist http://www.adaptavist.com/display/ADAPTAVIST/Builder they have a community free licence http://www.adaptavist.com/display/Builder/Shop#Shop-FreeLicenses (seems that they have also more plugins for Confluence...)
