Binary Distribution of Tomcat

Where can I find a binary distribution of Tomcat 4.0. 
The file jakarta-tomcat-4.0-YYYYMMDD.zip is not listed
in the following url
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/nightly/
