   I think it's important for you to learn / understand the git workflow.
   You should amend these changes as a single commit... using your command line instead of the web interface.
   
   The GitHub web interface is only useful for small doc changes... for professional daily tasks it's rarely used.
   
   
   also, use the JIRA ID on the first commit. You should have a single commit as part of you Pull Request.
