   Might be  a nice feature indeed for enterprise world. I think one of the good ways to implement it - to make it really cross-cutting concern - and track all changes (both from UI and CLI) and to make sure it stays updated, would be to use sqlachemy events. Not sure if that's the best approach and the performance implications, but sounds like this might be rather simple to implement this way without affecting the logic of Airflow and excessive changes in the core.
