ValidPropertySelect Component

Hi

I needed a ValidPropertySelect component on a project, but didn't find 
any that is bundled with Tapestry. I have implemented a simple component 
and have posted it to bugzilla (#29535). I'm like for someone to review 
it and maybe include it in the next release of Tapestry. I'd be happy to 
incorporate any feedback on how to improve it.
