Jenkins unresponsive

Could someone take a look at Jenkins? The pages are not loading (or
loading very very slowly).

e.g. https://builds.apache.org/view/S-Z/view/ZooKeeper/job/ZooKeeper-trunk/

It stopped responding and should now be restarted.
