Aligned Jenkins public jobs

Just a quick heads-up that I've lined up the permissions on the  
Jenkins jobs with what's in the 'public' view:

https://jclouds.ci.cloudbees.com/view/public/

Some of the branch builds had been made viewable, too. I guess that  
may have been caused by cloning existing jobs. If it was intentional,  
apologies - let me know and I'll change things back.
