Keith Turner resolved ACCUMULO-1080.

    Resolution: Not A Problem

Was actually a failed log recovery.  When a tablet has unsorted write ahead logs its not assigned.

The absolute path we thought we saw in the heap dump was actaully not.  We were looking at the char array backing the String, but not the offset in the string.  It was in fact a relative path.
