Loading the JServ module on 98

I looked at the list of tested systems for Tomcat, and even though it didn't include
Windows 98 I gave it a try. Tomcat works fine in a standalone mode. When I tried to
put the ApacheModuleJServ.dll into Apache however, I got the following message:

Syntax error on line 8 of C:\Tomcat\etc\tomcat.conf
Cannot load c:/program files/apache group/apache/modules/ApacheModuleJServ.dll into server:

I have a few theories but don't know where to start looking
* The slashes are the wrong direction, and thats causing it to fail
* The spaces in "Program Files" and "Apache Group" are throwing it off
* Somethings corrupted in ApacheModuleJServ.dll (I downloaded it 12/18/1999, 57,471 bytes)
* ApacheModuleJServ.dll doesn't work on Windows 98.

I experimented trying full path names for the module in the tomcat.conf file, but with no better luck,
I also pointed it to a location without spaces in the path name in a different directory, giving the full
path name, but I always got a cannot load message.

I'd be willing to help debug the problem, but I'm not sure where to start.
