Problem with setting up Tomcat 3.2.3 in win98

Hi,

I installed the Tomcat 3.2.3 in my home computer (running win98) and followed 
the Tomcat User Guide to test it.  However, I still got the exception error in 
starting Tomcat!

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: c:\tomcat

Please advise.

Note: 
- I installed the tomcat in a directory c:\tomcat so as to prevent from DOS8.3 
error.
