  Added:       src/java/org/apache/cocoon/components/source
                        ZipSourceFactory.java ZipSource.java
  Log:
  add support for the zip protocol
  (it is already part of the current Cocoon scratchpad - as soon as
  Forrest uses Cocoon 2.1.4 incl. scratchpad or above ZipSourceFactory.java and ZipSource.java
  can be removed from this repository)
