   ### Bug fix
   - Bug description.
   Currently, at the runtime, everything seems normal, because this dependency is being added by etcd plugin(configuration and cluster management providers). If I exclude these two plugins, the OAP can't startup.
   
   - How to fix?
   Add this dependency.
