   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   This PR adds support of column aliasing in a CTE so this query becomes valid:
   ```
   WITH t(x) AS (SELECT 1)
   SELECT * FROM t WHERE x = 1
   ```
   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   Added new UTs.
