[jira] Commented: (JDO-204) Need attribute on field element for type
[ http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-204?page=comments#action_12357717 ]
Craig Russell commented on JDO-204:
-----------------------------------
This would allow more specific field type to be specified at deployment time compared to compile time. For example, a field of type Object could be specified in the jdo metadata as containing only instances of type SimpleClass.
Proposal:
<!ATTLIST field field-type CDATA #IMPLIED>
> Need attribute on field element for type
