 Review comment:
   I accidentally included unresolved issues which marked 2.1.2 as the fix version.  Actually I think that @nacx had this correct in his initial commit and I overwrote them when merging our versions.  Fixed in 0a12c4e011ffac0906741ce6ec79782177ab7f84.
