> Boost has monthly bandwidth caps for downloads, which means if they hit their cap we can't run CI again until the first of the month. It would benefit both us and the boost folks greatly if we were to simply set up a job that downloads boost, say, once per day and caches it in a storage bucket that we own, then have our builds all retrieve it from there.
