Missing Sentence in HTTP_INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR.html.var

It seems that HTTP_INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR.html.var is missing a sentence in
the english translation: shouldn't there also be a part like "The server
encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request." in
the first section of the if-clause?
