### Bug description
The Azure SDK has some [logic](https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-java/blob/05bd76906676e58bef14feb8eb93189ff2290004/sdk/core/azure-core/src/main/java/com/azure/core/implementation/http/rest/RestProxyBase.java#L401-L420) to dynamically instantiate some `HttpResponseException` types. Currently this is not guaranteed to work properly because we lack the relevant native mode configuration to support it.
Thus you'll get errors like the following where the incorrect exception class constructor is attempted to be resolved:
