    Description: 
This issue is created for the donation of the Device Access specification implementation in Celix.
The donation implements the Device Access specification of the OSGI 4.2 Compendium Specification adapted for Celix.

The donation is attached as zip file to this issue and contains: 
- The Device Access implementation (C sources)
- A default (file based) driver locator implementation
- Three example (C sources) using the Device Access implementation
- Build files needed to build everything.
