Tried the patch and it works fine.
I've just deleted the commented lines and committed.
svn ci -m "FELIX-1265 The command refreshUrl does not work if the features.xml file is embedded in a Jar. Patch by Charles Moulliard"
Sending gshell-features/src/main/java/org/apache/felix/karaf/gshell/features/internal/RepositoryImpl.java
Transmitting file data .
