multiple releases and closing issues

Hello team,

what's the policy with closing an issue if this is part of a just
released release and has a fixVersion of a not yet released version?

Shall I leave it open or close?

Hi,

you close the issue. this indicates the change is part
of a released version. it also means you will have to
open a new issue if it turns out a fix is broken. this
avoids confusion about what changes went into which
releases.
