Tomcat+Apache-HOWTO

hello.  i wasn't sure where to send change/addition requests regarding the
HOWTO so this email address seemed the best...
after reading the HOWTO i still have a lot of questions regarding
configuration of Tomcat/Apache and i think are valid additions to this
document.
the first is can you create contexts within VirtualHost blocks?
also, from the Servlet 2.2 spec, it appears that any jar files within the
WEB-INF/lib directory are automatically added to the classpath for that
context, but i have not seen this behavior in Tomcat 3.0 (using BlackDown
1.1.7 and IBM 1.1.8 JDK).  how does one set the classpath for a context in
Tomcat?
(i have a whole lot of other questions, but these are the 2 biggest right
now).
