[SDO for C++] SDO builds with MSVC++ 8 Professional

In case it becomes relevant, I've just built the C++ version of SDO using
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition (ie the one you have to
pay for) and it works straight out of the box, with no modifications at all.
I realise this is what we would hope for, but it's nice to get it confirmed.
