Thanks for the offer of support, but there are several problems with the setup.

The URL http://apache.mirrorcatalogs.com/harmony/ should return a redirect; it does not.
This suggests that the server is not honouring htaccess files

The directory listings should display HEADER.html files at the start of the page and README.html at the end; this is not happening.

Compare your site with any other mirror and you should see the problems.
