[C2] Moving to Xalan2

Scott,

Am geeting inconsistent results from trax.Processor depending on how i load the XML and XSL files.
Have attached a modified TransformToDom.java with foo.xml and foo.xsl files which can recreate the
problem. Please let us know. This affects moving C2 to Xalan2. The foo.xml is the sitemap and the
foo.xsl is for transforming the sitemap to java code.

java TransformToDom -file        <<<<< works without problems. see foo.out
java TransformToDom -dom         <<<<< generates garbage. see foo.out
