NNHA/RMHA is now available in the Service Actions menu, so the 'High Availability' category in 'Admin' tab should be removed.
So the HA wizard could be triggered only on clicking 'Enable NN HA' on service > Service Actions.
If the wizard is closed by clicking on 'X' during enabling HA. should stay on current Service page.
