Arrow 7.0.0 has not been released for Centos 8 since it reached its [EOL|[https://www.centos.org/centos-linux-eol/]] (see also the discussion [here|[https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/12602]).] Please consider providing binary releases for [Centos Stream|https://blog.centos.org/2020/12/future-is-centos-stream/] instead.
