Done following:-
1. Create new screen 'CreatePartyContent' that will be rendered on clicking [ Create New ] button.
2. Place [ Create New ] button outside of Content List section.
3. Used request-redirect as a response type in 'createPartyContent', 'updatePartyContent' and 'removePartyContent' request because It would be quite handy while refreshing the page.
