   Security-family wording pass (#1344): the optimize-skill *rewrite* pass, applied with the style rules the maintainer set while rewriting import-from-pr, import and triage paragraph by paragraph. Those rules are one sentence per line, restated rationale cut, pointers to the source instead of copies, and short paragraphs and contract tables left alone. The maintainer pre-approved applying them to the remaining skills. Headings, golden-rule headlines, code blocks, generated blocks and eval fixture strings are unchanged.

     - Forwarder step-1 went 5/6 → 4/6. The flipped case (`adapter-precedence`, a grader disagreement over how long a preamble snippet is) passed 1/3 before and 2/3 after on re-runs: flaky on both sides.
