problem creating user using jetspeed api's ???

	
I'm creating jetspeed users from a jsp portal outside of jetspeed.
The user is created and persisted, but the profiles are not created,thus
causing an error when the new user logs in.(the psml dirs for the new user
stored in psml/user/"newUserName"
psml/user/"newUserName"/html/default.psml
psml/user/"newUserName"/wml/default.psml)


When I create a new user from the default jetspeed security screen, the dir
structure is created. 

Does anyone know what apis to call to have this user profile dir structure
created??
