Re: [PR] chore(deps): bump pygments from 2.19.2 to 2.20.0 in /client/python [polaris]

MonkeyCanCode commented on PR #4084:
URL: https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/4084#issuecomment-4167228503

   So the older version has following:
   ```
    Pygments               2.19.2          BSD License
    ```

   And the newer version has following:
   ```
   Pygments               2.20.0          BSD-2-Clause
   ```

   We are using following to check what are allowed:
   ```
   allow-only = "Apache;BSD License;BSD-3-Clause;ISC;MIT;Mozilla Public License;PSF-2.0;Python Software Foundation License;The Unlicense"
   ```

   Looking at this https://github.com/pygments/pygments, it had been BSD-2-Clause for years. The reason on why this happened is due to non PEP 639 compatible metadata which got fixed in https://github.com/pygments/pygments/commit/4a73776eca688706b584f8c740552dcf3266b5b0 (and this is in 2.20.0 release).
