CacheLogRollDUnitTest appears to only use one JVM so it should be ported from using DUnit to being a more simple IntegrationTest.

It also has 4 flaky test bugs:
* GEODE-674
* GEODE-675
* GEODE-676
* GEODE-677

If possible, test cleanup should also try to resolve the flakiness in these tests.
