JiraStuff Created: (WSYUI-2) change the name of the classes to a standard naming convention

change the name of the classes to a standard naming convention
--------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: WSYUI-2
                 URL: http://wicketstuff.org/jira/browse/WSYUI-2
             Project: WicketStuff YUI
          Issue Type: Improvement
         Environment: ALL
            Reporter: Korbinian Bachl
         Assigned To: Jim McLaughlin

Currently, with YUI 2.3.0 out but still 2.2.2 in, it would be the right time to establish a naming convention for WicketStuff YUI.

All usable (!) classes should start with Yui*class* so they can be easily seen in IDE's and not be mixed up with other classes from wicket/ and or other frameworks.

Non usable classes should also have a common name showin the user that they are not meant to be used directly.
