more cleanup
I've identified the following questionable files underneath qpid/java
that I'm thinking we want to delete:
- plugins: I'm fairly confident this is useless now. It's the Jython
mojo we used back when we were still using maven. It doesn't get built,
and it probably should have been deleted back when we cleaned up the pom
files but was overlooked.
- junit-toolkit-maven-plugin: I think this is the same story as plugins.
- KEYS: I'm not sure what the story is with this, it's just an empty
file, all the actual release signing KEYS are one level up, so it looks
pretty vestigial.
Gimme a shout if you want to save any of these files, otherwise I'll
delete them later today or tomorrow.

Unless there are further objections, I'll nuke it when I remove the
other stuff I posted about.

Pretty sure we dropped the whole retrotranslater thing when we moved
to ant last year. 1.4 has been EOL for 9 months, I think we can nuke
it.

is the client-java14 directory still in use? I don't think it's part
of the build anymore... Either way it probably isn't deserving of
it's own top level directory, but if it's not in use (and we don't
support running on < 1.5 anymore) we should blow it away also.
