Sandbox access/attachments

I cleaned up all the rolling and triggering stuff I sent previously (missed
some javadocs, etc).  I also wrote a FileAppender version which uses these
two interfaces using the XML config and some test cases (just Mains though,
not JUnit).

I was just wondering whether I should send all this in cut-and-patse format
again.  Or if I can get access to the sandbox or send them as attachments.
