[SUGGESTION] Allow Xin Wang to join Seata as a mentor
Hi,
I am interested in the Seata project. And I am willing to join Seata as a
mentor, assist with release management to help build the community.

Looks great to me,
Xin has been consistently active in the incubator and has played a key
role in the successful release of several podlings, including Seata.
His experience will be very beneficial for the incubation of Seata.
