New tutorial on using Taverna with the Europe PMC Web Services

Dear All,

FYI, we just published a short tutorial on how to use Taverna with the Europe PMC Web Services: http://authors.elsevier.com/sd/article/S1751157716300141.

The Web Services have clean and well-documented APIs, making their integration in Taverna really easy.

It will be live after the current Taverna Command line RC vote passes
- as otherwise we would expose the new Download pages early.
