Repro steps:

on rhel 7 Machine. First install MS and try installing Agent on the same machine

Bug:
Agent installation will fail with following error :

Transaction check error:
  file /var/log/cloudstack/agent from install of cloudstack-agent-4.5.0-SNAPSHOT.el7.x86_64 conflicts with file from package cloudstack-management-4.5.0-SNAPSHOT.el7.x86_64
